PREGNANCY PACKAGE:

Reflexology and Massage Therapy can help with the many discomforts of pregnancy, as well as create a relaxing way to de-stress for the mom-to-be. This package includes a monthly massage for the duration of the pregnancy as well as one month post-partum. WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is a manual technique based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas on the hands and feet that correspond to all parts and organs of the body. Alternating pressure is applied to those specific points using thumb, finger and hand techniques. This results in stress reduction, causing physiological change in the body.

WHAT ARE PRIMARY BENEFITS OF REFLEXOLOGY?

ABOUT KATY:
Katy Castronovo attended the Florida School of Massage in 2009, where she studied Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy, Reflexology and Hydrotherapy. In 2010 she completed a Reflexology Certification at the Academy of Ancient Reflexology. Katy is also a professional artist and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting from Ohio State University. She is passionate about creating a safe therapeutic experience in her bodywork sessions, artistically shaping the treatment to meet the needs of her clients. Katy believes in a holistic approach to health and feels honored to be a part of her client's healing journies.
